Vida a cuadraditos, literalmente. Tuve que encontrar el tiempo para empezar este trabajo que me tomara muucho tiempo,y tiene que estar antes del jueves, entre pruebas gigantes y todo, no se como lo lograre. Gracias a mi pancho (L) , margarita, javi, todos los que me ayudaron :) ahora, a picar cuadraditos. Tengo que pintar toda la imagen con eso y se supone que debe dar el aspecto de pixeles. Cuando este terminada, se las muestro.

In one of my earlier photographs I shot Gwen just after she'd put on her stage makeup on the Tragic Kingdom tour. See the photostream.
Here, I was surprised to see her at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C.
I was there to photograph and interview Gavin Rossdale of Bush. It was my second time photographing him. You'll see it one day.
I was backstage hanging out, and suddenly there was Ms. Stefani.
She was dressed in regular street clothes and let me take a couple of shots.
She's a fucking sweet monkey and I love her many times.
You know how there's rockstar nice and there's authentically nice? She's the latter.

The first time I met the No Doubt folks it was June 1, 1996. It was a few hours before a show, so we ran around backstage, put on makeup and fingernail polish, and I generally had a swell time with Gwen and Adrian.
I took more pictures over the years, and did funny things like call Adrian at home to check in with No Doubt, and once even saw Gwen sneaking around backstage going into a dressing room with the singer from that band Bush. (It was pretty funny. It was before they were an "item" in public, and I saw them go hand-in-hand into a dressing room. It wasn't at this show. Much later.)
I think maybe they ended up becoming an item.
I don't want to keep repeating myself, but Gwen is authentically one of the nice people.
